Commissions are based on a one month period--from the first day until the last day of the month. Those earnings are then processed on the 10th of the following month via direct deposit or paypal (your choice). Ex: Bonuses earned from June 1st - June 30th will be paid out July10th*. You should expect to see your earnings in your account within 2-3 business days** after the commissions have been processed. Paypal has a minimum payout of $3 due to the fees involved for the transactions. If you earned $1-2, will be added to your next commission payment. Paypal payments take an additional 2-3 days for processing. You should expect to see those payments in 5-7 days.

***All direct deposit and Paypal information must be updated prior to the process date of commissions. To ensure payment, please make sure all information is updated and correct by the 7th day of the month.***

To update your direct deposit information:

Click on the 'Settings' link at the top of your Home page. Then click on 'Commissions' below My Settings. Enter your information and click the Save Changes button.

*If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, commissions will be processed the following business day.

**If commissions process on a Friday or any other day prior to a holiday, please allow extra time for deposits to be received; deposits can only be processed if banks are open.

***If you have not entered or updated your payout method prior to the commission process date, your previously earned commissions will accrue and be paid out the following month (or the next month in which payout information is entered).

****Commissions are paid out each month that the subscribing affiliate remains a subscriber. Non-payment or cancellation by a subscribing affiliate results in forfeiting any commissions earned on his/her Circles of Influence for that month forward.

Q. Is this a pyramid scheme?

A. No. Crazygood is not a pyramid scheme. It is certainly true that we utilize a unique compensation model and pay our Affiliates through five ‘circles of influence’. But that is merely an expansion of traditional Affiliate Marketing Programs available to marketers online. We only compensate Affiliates for generating sales to Crazygood’s social network and NOT for recruiting Affiliates. There are no bonuses for signing people up to become an affiliate; as a matter of fact there are no bonuses at all. Just straight commission sales. If you refer a customer who subscribes we give you a 10% commission. The uniqueness of our program is that we have budgeted a larger percentage of sales to pay commissions (50%) than we have budgeted for traditional advertising. We believe word of mouth to be more powerful, especially when the product and service is a Social Network. So that’s the quick and direct answer. But you deserve a deeper explanation, so let’s explore what sets Crazygood apart.

 • No commissions are generated for recruiting new Affiliates. Commissions are only paid when a consumer purchases a subscription to Crazygood’s Ad-Free, Secure, Privacy Protected Social Network. Pyramids on the other hand pay commissions simply for recruiting new participants into the program. In a pyramid there is no product sold or service provided. Crazygood chooses to generate company revenues by charging monthly subscription fees in lieu of Advertising models or the sale of user information to the 3rd parties.
 • There is no financial incentive for an Affiliate to subscribe to the Crazygood social network. Pyramids often charge a fee to participate in their program (a “recruiting fee” or “headhunting fee”), but they disguise the headhunting fee by asserting that the participants’ payments are for product or service purchases. However, if you drill into these programs, you will find the reason people purchase the product or service is to qualify for commissions. We have designed Crazygood‘s commission program with NO personal sales quota as a pre-requisite to earning compensation. In fact, even if an Affiiliate buys a subscription, it does not qualify the Affiliate for compensation! By removing the financial incentive for Affiliates to purchase a Crazygood subscription, the only reason for an Affiliate to make a purchase is to enjoy the benefits of an Advertisement free environment that inside our safe and secure social network.
 • You can be an Affiliate, and earn Affiliate Commissions, WITHOUT purchasing a Crazygood subscription. This is closely related to the previous point, but it warrants further discussion. If someone wishes to be an Affiliate and earn Affiliate commissions, they can enroll as an “Affiliate Only” on our website. It’s free to enroll, and the Affiliate can earn the same commissions as an Affiliate who purchased a subscription so your only investment would be the time you spend telling others or emailing them about our Ad-Free, Privacy Protected Social Network that is built on principles.
 • The Crazygood social network offers a unique social network experience, and is a valuable service. Legitimate programs sell legitimate services and products. There is no question that social media is a huge phenomenon, and growing by leaps and bounds every day. There is also no question that consumers have their choice of social networks they can join; many of these networks are free while others charge a monthly fee. So why subscribe to Crazygood’s social network and pay $10.00 per month if others are free? As the saying goes – “you get what you pay for.” Other social networks have tricky privacy policies – you have probably heard the news about the flack they have taken. In Crazygood’s social community your security is paramount, and the only people who can see your information are those whom you designate. You will also find that on other social networks, the social network claims a worldwide license to all information and content you post! How do you feel about someone else claiming rights to your family photos that you post, comments you make and even ideas you share (all considered Intellectual Property (IP))? And the Terms on other sites clearly state they are under no obligation to compensate you for use of any content you post on their site. At Crazygood, we think differently. The rights to content you post remains yours – AS IT SHOULD BE! So if Privacy, Security and Intellectual Property rights are a concern for you, or you find the practices of other social media operators intrusive and presumptive, we are proud to offer a unique and different approach.

We are extremely proud of our unique social community, and we have carefully designed our compensation plan so that there are no disguised headhunting fees or other purchases necessary to earn commissions. However, structuring a program properly is just the beginning. To continue running Crazygood as a legitimate and legal program, we need your help! You see, even a legitimate business model or marketing program can become distorted. Therefore, we ask that if someone ever pushes you to buy a subscription to Crazygood’s social community because it represents a ticket to financial success, please let us know, as this is an abuse of our program, and we will take the disciplinary measures necessary to put a stop to it.

We hope this clears up any questions you may have on this critical topic, and we are excited that you have chosen to visit our website. So take some time to look around. We think you will like what you see! (as well as what you can’t :) )

Why can I not see them in my circles of influence?]]> 2011-02-24T08:36:01+10:00 Anytime someone signs up and enters your name into the referral box (not using the referral link), it can take 5-7 business days for them to appear in your circles. Those new members must be manually coded to ensure you receive your referral bonuses.

But also note, we are TrustE verified and approved by the Better Business Bureau. Your bank account information is stored in an offside PCI compliant environment and 100% secure. So you are protected either way.

http://www.crazygood.com/support/faq.php?cid=0&answer=11#f11 <![CDATA[Can anyone join Crazygood?]]> 2011-01-11T13:49:07+10:00 Of course! We know many people care about their privacy and want to use social networking for its many benefits but don't want to give up their rights to their Intellectual Property to do so. This is where we come in! We respect and protect our members’ privacy in 3 key ways.

1) We don't allow search engines to crawl our sites, so online searches (like Google) will not reveal your Crazygood private information.

2) Your personal information and content are NOT FOR SALE to third parties—EVER.

3) Our community is AD-FREE; you and your family are not exposed to inappropriate or intrusive ads.

We want everyone to have the opportunity to choose Crazygood for their social networking needs. During our beta phase, we intentionally limited growth by choosing the INVITATION ONLY option. This helped us to better manage requests, monitor feedback, etc. Crazygood.com has numerous visitors that come to the site and are interested in the community, but don’t have an invitation. We have chosen to remove this barrier. With the roll-out of the I-Phone app, we want to be available for ANYONE that is interested in what we offer to be able to join. When we call ourselves a private social network and speak of guarding your privacy, we do not mean restrictive or prohibitive entrance; we mean that your information is not for sale and that you are in control of who sees your content—we will not abuse that trust. Please be mindful that inside the community, it is EACH member’s responsibility to not befriend anyone that they don’t know and to maintain their privacy settings according to their own preferences.

Although the INVITATION ONLY time period has passed, nothing has changed—the opportunity to invite is still wide open to every affiliate. In addition, if someone comes to the site and joins without an invitation, then requests that you be their referrer, we will gladly place him/her as your referral. No problem!

We have assigned each member of Crazygood their own referral link to prevent assignment mistakes. We highly suggest that all invites follow the links provided to them to ensure all members are coded correctly.

***The only exception to this is a member who signs up without a sponsor. They can request to be placed in the circle they intended to join.***

Anytime someone signs up and enters a name into the referral box (not using the referral link), it can take 5-7 business days for them to appear in your circles. Those new members must be manually coded to ensure you receive your referral bonuses. Please do not contact support about incorrect sponsorship signups until after 7 business days to ensure the quickest placements.

If for some reason you decide you no longer want to be a member of the Crazygood community, simply click on the link below. We won't like it, but we'll do it.

We don't offer refunds, because there is nothing to refund. We aren't trying to be cute, but we want to be clear. Your $10 monthly fee grants you access to the site. Whether you use the site all month or not at all is up to you. You might think of it like a cover charge. So by canceling your subscription, you are canceling for the NEXT month of service: thus, we will discontinue billing you in the future. Please be aware that if you cancel your account, you will be unable to receive commissions, will lose your circles of influence, and all your photos, videos, and postings will be deleted.
